Could you help?

OK, the Q is:
How are the cultures in South America like the cultures in Mexico? How are they different?

What I have:
South American and Mexican cultures share music, food, folk art and dance as well as religion. South America has more Portuguese, French and African influence in their culture than Mexico.

It's the end of the school year and I'm trying to bring my grade up so can you help improve my answerer?
It doesn’t have to be long or anythig...

Thank You!

You should expand on the Portuguese, French and African influences in SA. As well as the American influence of bordering communities to the USA.
What were the Indian influences to the different cultures of SA and Mexico.
What different holidays are celebrated?
What imports and exports differ to change or are reflected in the cultures. Folk art, handmade items from available natural resources.
Are family traditions the same.
How about housing, in cities, rural communities, mountains, hillsides.
Just a few ideas to make a more informative comparison between the Country of Mexico and the Continent of SA.
